At BPS this morning for a meeting and then over to Excel to meet with Cliff, who works for the Young People’s Project and teaches code at Excel. He has some MIT robotics internships available, and I wanted to discuss the details with him. Great guy, and am glad to be able to work with him. Did some work back in the office and then headed over to the West End to see Dr. John Burress for my FAA Medical Certificate. A bit of a racket, but you need one to fly, so I got an exam. Pretty painless, and I was out in about an hour. Decided to head home at that point and then drove over to Artisans and finished up some work before starting my Deskie shift. Began laser cutting some inserts for some furniture I made, remembered that sequencing the laser to cut certain parts first was important.
