Monday was a holiday here in Boston, Patriot’s Day. It was a pretty terrible day, heavy rain and very cold. Must have made the run that much more difficult. We stayed around the house most of the day, although went out quickly to run some errands and stopped at DiMino’s sandwich shop for lunch. In the afternoon I started to make a Sunday Gravy using pork neck, oxtails, and Italian sausage. It took about 4 hours total, but was absolutely delicious. Used a recipe from Anthony Bourdain’s book. Poured it over some pasta for dinner.
