Today I took my first step into looking for a new flight school. After doing some online research I contacted a new company and after some back and forth, they asked me to come and and speak with them. So, afternoon I headed to Mansfield Municipal Airport, which is a good 45-50 mins away, and spoke with George about making the transition. We actually had a lot in common, and there was also some interest in the fact that he was creating a high school flight curriculum and I am trying to get back into teaching. Our chat was good, and I scheduled a flight lesson for the following day. I also have a flight lesson with my other school, so it could be a 2 flight day for me, which would be pretty cool. After coming home, Ash and I decided to see Island of Dogs at Regal Fenway, and early matinee showing. We thoroughly enjoyed it, as I tend to with most Wes Anderson movies. We had a cocktail at The Hawthorne, then walked to Back Bay and settled on having a beer and some pub food for dinner at The Corner Tavern, a small underground neighborhood bar.
