It was a rainy day, low clouds, which makes sense as to why they cancelled my flight lesson. Although, I was supposed to contact my flight instructor and have an online lesson, however, I never heard back from my instructor – a little disappointed. After working out at the gym, I did some flight training on my own and read a few chapters in my flight books in order to stay on top of things. Then the pups and I relaxed on the couch and watched Evil Genius, a documentary about the Pizza Bomber – ridiculous story, and rather sad actually. Terrible people killing an innocent man. I made my Szechuan chicken, although I used the pork spare ribs instead of chicken – unbelievably good. So happy with them. Will definitely do again.
