Apparently there was some sort of sportsing event today – not sure what. It was snowing when we awoke this morning, and it was lightly snowing for most of the day. I worked out on the treadmill and did some work on the computer. Ash and I thought about doing something nice during the game – like going to a restaurant we normally have a hard time getting into – but in the end we decided to stay home.

The weather was rather pleasant today, it was sunny and nearly 50 degrees outside. A big shift from the previous two weeks, in which the weather was in the teens. I took a jog outside to Revere Beach. Later in the afternoon, Ash and I took a walk in the city – and it was so crowded. It was like a summer day when Boston is filled with tourists. We ended up near the Christian Science complex and had a snack at a restaurant. We walked back to the The Last Hurrah and had a cocktail before going home.

During the day, our French Bulldog named Ferguson, lives in a little area we create for him in the living room. It’s a fairly restricted area because his back legs do not work – which also means he has no controls over where and when he goes to the bathroom. So, we like to restrict the mess as best we can when we are not home. Today, upon entering the house after work, I found the little guy all the way on the other side of the house. No idea how long he had been loose, but I think he was taking a sun bath on the parkay floor.

Back to work today after a long weekend. Brophy sent out some photos from the Hall of Fame event I attended last Thursday. Thought I’d post the relevant ones here of the soccer crew. Great to see everybody.
